Store Manager refusing return of item

My mother purchased a jacket and pants, unfortunately she decided to return it unworn to the same store in Zara Tygervally mall, spoke to the store manager by the name of Deka and refused to give her surname, she refused to return the jacket stating that it has a mark, whereas it still has tags and retail slip etc. She literally refused to return, luckily another costumer was next in line returning a jersey no question asked what so ever, i consider this as a racial matter, and i so wish Deka store manger would pray so hard to her ancestors.
