STOLE MY MONEY!!!!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could! I am furious!!! I ordered items on the 10th. It was meant to be delivered on the 18th. I spoke to multiple agents via your app chat and no one has been near helpful! I have been trying for days and still I dont know what is going on with my order!!! To top it all off your agent switched off my chat and my messages on the are not going through.
