Stay away from ZARA online shopping if you don't want last min dissapointment

Online purchase are the pits , they keep moving delivery dates , No one answers the phone @ Sandton store was on hold for more than 30min. The chat box keeps kicking you out , I tried about 6 times whilst on the phone. The person I finally got hold of on the chat was rude.. The service at ZARA is bull**** .
