Shopping made difficult.

We have been shopping throughout the day and when we reached Zara the door security told us that we where not allowed to enter the shop with the trolley .Now imagine how difficult life gets when you with a 10 year old and a three year old and now you have to carry everything that was in the trolley. The security guard' s attitude was of such a nature that basically everyone entering the shop is a suspect. If not for my daughter I would have not entered. I think that they should reconsider this stupid policy and maybe teach their security how to communicate with customers.
