Shoes of inferior quality

Where do I begin, Zara South Africa sells shoes of inferior quality. I have lost about 5 pairs. I would be walking on the street then bam the sole of the shoes just comes off. The frequent problem I encounter is that if it start raining the entire shoe comes apart, even Mr Price store shoes don’t do that. I am a die hard shopper at Zara store but I am super mad with their inferior quality it’s embarrassing me in front of people
