Shockingly poor workmanship

I am writing to express my immense disappointment in the poor quality of the clothing articles I bought from Zara online. I purchased two dresses and recently decided to try them on and realised the one dress’s sleeve had a tear in it, the other dress’s pocket also had a tear in it. The one dress cost me R1700, and at that price point I believe the clothes should be of high calibre quality. I unfortunately am not able to return the items as the 30 day return period has lapsed. Will no longer be purchasing clothes online from Zara, tears in 2 dresses are enough for me to stop giving this company my money.
