Shocking service ar ZARA Menlyn and online

I have had the most shocking experience in this shop and not any better re the online shopping. There is absolutely no human interaction here. Even the human was like a robot. Don't EVER buy online. if you want to return or exchange it is an absolute nightmare. and they just don't give a damn.
