Shocking online service ... No delivery after 1 month

Such poor service from Zara - placed an online order on 27 Dec and the order has still not arrived. Have used the online chat function (only way to contact them) to try find out what is happening and no one knows. My delivery date keeps being moved out! They very quick to take payment but slow to deliver! Such a nightmare dealign with them.... to avoid a headache do not shop online at Zara
