Shocking customer service at Zara in Sandton City.

Shocking customer service. I bought a top yesterday from Zara, which I tried on only once when I got out the bath. It is the weirdest fitting top and so I needed to return it. When I went to return it today, the staff told me that could not return or exchange the top because there’s “stains”. You have to squint to see these stains. I explained that this would have been there when I bought it and I didn’t see it. I also went through the self service checkout so no staff helped me and could have seen these “stains”. I further explained that I tried it once and I only got this yesterday and it has not been warn once. They spoke to me very condescendingly and were incredibly rude. My mom then got involved and they were even worse to her. They said there’s nothing they can do and if I wish to escalate there’s an online service but it doesn’t operate from 2pm on a Sunday. We explained again the situation and no one was willing to help. It’s a R500 top so I would understandably like for my money to be refunded.
