**** Service and Sizes

We bought a few items as Christmas presents during December. Unfortunately we misplaced the receipt but we left all of the tags on the clothes. None of the clothes fitted, one item was sized as a medium and did not fit an extremely petite woman who usually wears and XS. We subsequently tried to return the items for an exchange, not for a refund even and were told it is not possible without a receipt. I understand their side to a point but apparently they are unable to pull up a receipt on their system (the computers are for show apparently, they don't record anything). I cannot comprehend why they would not exchange the items, they are in perfect condition and all have their tags still on them.
