Rude

We got to Zara Sandton at exactly 18:00 on the Sunday at Sandton. The guard refused to let us in order to exchange an item as we were traveling the next day. The manager then arrived to help 10 minutes later and refused to exchange the goods without us coming in. The manner in which everything was handled was poor and of no appreciation to customer care at all.
