****** of a good experience ( ZARA ) Mall of Africa

It was my graduation, got a pair of clear” nude sandals heals. I LOVE heels and wear them probably 6 days a week. Come the day of my graduation I felt like an amateur in heels. The heels were so uncomfortable but I could manage them but I felt the torment getting worse and realized that the shoes were actually cutting through my skin. I immediately had to take them off, cleaned the superficial cuts and wore my boyfriend’s slippers which were fortunately in the car.

Took the shoes back within 7 days, at Mall of Africa (ZARA), I was told it was not the factory's fault and for those reasons, I cannot exchange /return them. Never mind my experience with the shoes, it was a flat NO. I was very open with the Manager, as I did not claim that the shoes were made of bad quality. I was told to give them to a friend or donate them. I could not keep the shoes just to have them on display in my wardrobe, so I decided to charity them to ZARA, I am sure they can put them on special at my expense. I was very disappointed; NEVER buy cheap shoes disguised in the ZARA brand. If you are confident in the quality of your brands you will openly consider returns/exchanges and not rob people of meaningful experiences with products they have paid for.
