Ridiculous return policy and unhelpful sales staff

Zara in Sandton city is so poorly run! The sales staff are rude and unattentive<br> I recently bought 2 pairs of shoes for my little girl and unfortunately they do not fit her. 3 weeks ago I had to go overseas on an emergency work trip and did not have a chance to return the shoes. <br> I am now 10 days over the 30 day return policy and Zara will not allow me to return the shoes even though I have the slip and the labels still on the shoes. <br> The shoes are still in the store on display! <br> When I asked to speak to the store manager - he told me that too bad I should just throw the shoes away then and not buy from zara again ! <br> REALLY?!?!?!? THATS WHAT MANAGERS TELL THEIR CUSTOMERS. <br> Also apparently he could not give me head office phone number to complain as it is against their internal policy! <br> Absolutely pathetic service from a global retailer - shame on you Zara south africa
