Ridiculous Customer Service

The customer service at the V&A Waterfront store is unbelievably poor. I went to the store during my lunch break. I get to the store, and there is no one to assist me. I waited 10 minutes before someone assisted me. I showed the lady the shoe I was looking for, and she said that they would go fetch it from storage downstairs. I waited 15 minutes just to be brought the wrong size shoe after I told the lady twice my correct shoe size. They went back downstairs to fetch the correct size shoe, and I waited 20 minutes. I could not wait any longer, therefore I left the store empty-handed. I have worked in retail myself, and I know that there is no justification for this type of incompetence.
