return policy sucks

<p> bought outfits zarah ,took them ages to scan had to wait while the decode and code becouse wrong tags were in wrong outfits ,before I left till their bag tore and the had to give new one in the midst my slip got lost ,following day I call mananger says rubish bin already got she will reverse camera ,she does not call until I went there myself ,they review footage and im there and call previouse mananger who says she gave me slip ,they cant retrieve slip now im stuck with clothes I cant wear ,really disapointed ,I could have used that money to buy something had I know worst service and they dont seem to care </p>
