Return Policy

I purchased items from a Zara store, which I wanted to return. I couldn't return the items myself because I live two hours away from the nearest Zara store, so I asked a friend to return them on my behalf.

All items were still intact and still had labels. The receipt (proof of purchase) was also there. Upon getting to the store, my friend was sent back because she was required to produce a physical bank card that I used to purchase the items. Zara couldn't do a refund without producing a bank that was used when the items were purchased.

I recognize that everyone stays away from Zara. It's definitely a ****! There's also nothing about producing a bank card on their return policy. STAY AWAY from Zara.
