Return policy

<p>I bought my daughter beautiful sandals for Christmas in Zara Sandton on the 19th December 2016 four days later went to Durban. To my surprise the sandals didn't fit her, so I asked my mom to try get the right size. She went to gateway and were willing to help without the receipt but unfortunately didn't have the size. So yesterday I go there to try and get something but they refused to help me without the receipt, the lady at the till and mananger were very rude,impatient, inconsiderate and told me to not even trying contacting customer service cause I will not get help and told me to move away from the tills because there are other customers.</p>
