Return nightmare

Zara does not care about their customers all they care about is getting their money. Their return policy does not take into consideration that they only have less than ten stores in South Africa which most are located in one province therefore they are not easily accessible. Those who live in remote areas should not even consider buying online because they will have the worst experience if their ever need to experience anything.
