Was at Zara in Menlyn and was assisted by the store manager who wasn't so much of a help. Had bought a twin pack Zara perfume in durban and so happened to give one to my mom, unfortunately my perfume refused to function all completely of which I thought maybe it was a nozzle. Apparently it was the entire spray parts. With so much of disregard of my situation the store manager told me there is nothing she can do,I must go to durban get the other twin perfume so she can help me. What an impracticality!!! That from . a manager was totally unbecoming.
