Refused Goods Return with Price Tag/Bar Code

I bought a pair of shoes at Zara Cresta branch 2 weeks ago and after sometime realised I didn't want them. I never wore them at home and they still had their price tag on. I however couldn't find the receipt. when I took the shoes back to Zara wanting to get a replacement/refund I was told that I couldn't do that without the receipt.<br> <br> It doesn't make sense that I cannot return shoes if I don't have the receipt but still have the tag with the barcode used to purchase them and the credit card used for the transaction. If other shops accept goods if you have the barcode and price tag, surely Zara can do the same. It's not rocket science to have such a system to help clients. <br> <br> So to the Manager of Zara Cresta, cashier and Zara Management, keep your shoes as that's the last money I will ever spend in your outlets. There are so many brands to chose from anyway with most global outlets opening locally.<br> <br> <br>
