Refused an Exchange by Horrible Staff

I recently visited Zara Sandton to have a pair of jeans exchanged for a different size.It was still within 30days, had all the original tags and slip. I was accused of wearing the jeans and after I assured them that it may have only been tried a few times but certainly not worn, he continued to insist that I had worn it.The worst part was he did it in such a condescending way and an attitude of \I don't care what you say, I'm the boss and you won't get your way \". He even went to the extent of bringing 2 jeans from the shelf, claiming it had also been tried, suggesting that my jeans was not of the same appearance. I told him I had no proof that those jeans were tried on and he responded saying \"well that's your thing, coz it has\".I told him that maybe the jeans is a bit creased so can we could iron it to see and he responded saying \"I don't care what you decide to do but I'm not accepting it\". He was extremely rude, trying to show his authority with other customers in the store. Then he brought the customer care email and loudly read out each letter of the email as if I was an idiot and then walked away without giving me a chance to say anything.I felt so embarrassed, I just left"
