Refusal of entry

<p>Hi there,</p> <p>We visted the Zara clothing store at the Gateway shopping centre recently or rather should I say, WE WERE REFUSED to visit the ZARA CLOTHING STORE at the Gateway shopping centre.</p> <p>Reason for refusal of entry: WE HAD OUR KIDS WITH US</p> <p>Why would you guys refuse kids to enter your store when you have a KIDDIES SECTION!!!!????It does not make any sense....</p> <p>Whatever your reasons are, It is rather disappointing that an INTERNATIONAL STORE which is so highly sought after would refuse entry to 1 of its branches on the basis that customers have kids.</p> <p>My advice to you: close the kiddies section at your gateway branch</p> <p> </p> <p>Truly disappointed</p>
