Refund. Menlyn Manager(Woman) was rude,didn't have customer service

I bought 3jeans just a week ago,when I got home I found that one Jean was a bit too big,so yesterday I went to exchange it, however the type of pants were no longer there & I didn't like anything else so I opted for a refund.

The cashier checks the goods & confirms the card then says everything is fine,she's just waiting for he manager (Karabo) to authorize or something.

The manager comes,looks at the Jean's and says they are not in good condition to be resold. So she refuses,to her there's an invisible stain,mind you I didn't even wear the Jean's. She goes on being rude and saying she can't help.

Now I'm left with Jean's that are too big and cost me over R450. I am extremely disappointed and ANGRY.

I will not be purchasing anything from Zara again.
