refund

I bought a dress at Zara Tygervalley Cape Town In January 2022 the store was closed or relocated when i tried to return a dress. i retuned to the Waterfront store in Cape Town , they refused to refund or exhange the dress and they told me the dress will be taken to their lost and found storage, until i request refund online do it online.
