Refund

I'm having an issue with Zara store as they say they can't give me my refund back I spoke to a manager or shop assistant by the name mzwandile who refused to give me my money cash back as I explained Im having issues with my bank and the bank is still investigating the matter ,I'm not happy with the service I received at eastgate branch
