Refund

I've had a bad experience with Zara. Purchased an item online early January 2022 and when they were supposed to ship the item, they emailed and informed me that they are out of stock. They said I will get a refund within 7 to 10 working days but to this date I have not received the refund. I have been in contact with them several times via their online chat and each time I deal with a different person and they promise to look into the issue but nothing happens. the last person I was chatting with even promised to update me via email but there has never been any communication from them.
