R2000 Lost Zara Gift Card - They don't care

I received a gift card for my birthday of R2000. Being an avid fan of Zara and shopping there every time I can afford it, I was so excited that I had received a voucher of this amount for my favourite store! I misplaced it so asked Zara to track it because they have a system at head office that can track the CVV number of the gift card to see that it has not been used and therefore my complaint is legit.
