Products delivered in Dirty Box and Opened!

I am so disappointed with my delivery from Zara! My order arrived in a very dirty box and the box was opened. The shoes were supposed to be covered in with that wrap paper but that was also opened. I am so upset, disappointed and disgusted at the level of service received especially from Zara!!
