Price displayed on item not honoured.

I went into Zara in Tygervalley in Cape Town and selected a jacket from the display priced at R1499. I asked the attendant to hold onto the item while i check the stock at Trenery woolworths to see if i prefer any of those. Twent minutes later i returned for the jacket and upon scanning the tag marked R1499, i was informed that it was actually R1699 on their system. Apparently the item had been mis-labelled, according to the staff member. Of course i insisted on paying the price displayed on the item as the description and price matched the article and i had no indication that the price was incorrect. The staff blatantly refused to honour this price and insisted i pay the higher price on their system, i then asked for a supervisor who had the same response and refused to honor it. I asked for a senior mgr who they presumably phoned in the back office and then promptly came out and stuck with their original response not to honour the R200 difference and rather lose the sale. I informed them that this was not ethical behaviour and that i would not patronise their store in the future, to which they simply said\Thats Ok".
