Poor service from Zara

I'm so disappointed in Zara Online Shop, placed an order the 25th June 2021 and delivery was promised 1 July to 8 July. I even did a follow up on the 5th July because I knew I will be out of town after the 9 th and they promised to every is still a scheduled and I mustn't worry. Today the 8th July I make a follow up and they tell me they will be able to deliver next week the 12 July. How inconvenient of them, why would a single item available in stock take so long, you guys are really not considerate and do not put the needs of customers first. Next week I won't be around to receive that parcel and worse this item was going to be used for next weeks photoshoot... Order ***
