Poor service from a big company!

You know I purchase a lot of things online and from various shops, however I must just say that I am appalled with the shocking service I got from Zara, firstly the order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, the shop at the waterfront is closed due to renovations so I wasn't able to return some of the items. Then when I got around to doing it online which was a mission as there wasn't a return link. When I got hold of someone from the customer care they told me that it was too late to return my items as it passed the 30 days policy which they look the nearly 2 weeks for them to arrive. This is a massive company worldwide and I think this is disgusting. There are people out here working to just break even and when we want to spend a little extra that we have we end up getting *****ed over.
