Poor service at zara Sandton

I went 2 zara Sandton on the 9th March 2018 n i bought a pair of shoes n jeans when i leave the shop 1 of the items triggered the alarm n the security guard took everything out of my bag in front of clients my slip dissapeared, i went back to return the shoes n i explained to the manager what happened i show him the message n history of my account he promised 2 come back 2 me, even 2day am still waiting i used my resources to contact him even my petrol but it seems like zara Sandton they dont care about their clients n i felt dicriminated by their security i was told they outsource their security n its not their problem, am stil stuck with shoes that are big n i was advised by their staff that the shoe is a small fit so i must opt for a bigger size43.the manager promised to check the footage am still waiting 4 feedback ,i am disappointed with zara service.
