Poor service

I made an online purchase on the 18/12/2021 and expected delivery was till the 24/12/2021, date was then changed to delivery on the 31/122021 I received an email on the 30/12/2021 saying that delivery is on the way. I must say I am very disappointed with the service to date I still have not received my order what makes me mad the most is that these were the clothes that my son had to wear for his December holidays which did not happen had to make another alternative. I could have just purchased from another merchant if I knew the service is so poor I no longer need the clothes please refund my money so I can use it and purchase from a merchant that values their customers
