Poor service

I recently ordered 9 products from their store online...........l wait 2 weeks for delivery and day before delivery they cancel the order and only offer a measley 10% discount .Now l have to wait 14 days for the refund process and they knew the items would be out of stock weeks beforehand but still charged full amount...........would never buy again from them
