Poor service

Poor service ever, I bought something online, paid for it and it was delivered at the nearest Zara shop which is gateway but when I got there they said my order was collected, after that they told me to send my query using chat option on the app after that they are telling me that it’s now out of stock they will refund me . I’m so disappointed
