Poor service

water zara i am dissapontd in their service as i brought a shoe there. due pick trade i cldnt fit the shoe on. once i fit the shoe on i was unhappy with their shoe. as the first shoe i brought from them it's backle broke and i am nt happy with this sencond one. The Manager who was on duty by the Name of Nadine had refused taking the shoe back as i had no receipt ,they even refused to give me a gift card . i have not worn this shoe at all and the shoe costed me R1000. i want my money back or i will definitely take this matter further.
