POOR ESTABLISHMENT!! ZARA TYGER VALLEY

Mutton Dressed as Lamb is how I describe this establishmemt.

Where in today's technologically driven business world would you find a store that does no back up of anything. Clearly this is how business is conducted at Zara in Tyger Valley. Even Mr Price can print a receipt after the fact!

This was my third and final visit to this shop that seems to be run worse than a corner cafe!

I purchased a top at this specific store on 26th April since I could not drive home to change for a launch I had to attend. Once worn and it washed out like something bought from a cheap china market. Not even Ackermans sell such poor quality but Zara with an price tag of note does exactly that.

On Friday, waiting for the Grand Sale to start, I went in there and selected three items. Since I do know my body and then seemingly my clothing size, I carefully selected items I knew should look great. Instead, they are 4 sizes too small!!!???

Today, Sunday 24th, I wasted an hour trying to either get it exchanged or a credit note for when I'm ready for another '"trÿ"" at your store. I'm not sure who would be worse? The cash desk staff or the supposed store manager. Since the sale is in progress, there are clearly ques of clients and she (the "supposed"manager) , has an audience. She raised her voice to prove that she was not going to assist with whatever may have been the issue with the TOOOO SMALL items. Asif, proving to her staff. this is the way to treat customers. Instead, she agreed that I should just donate my newly acquired items to charity.

Some staff members seriously need training in people s****s and that includes this manager at your Tyger Valley store.

I will never ever visit your store again and assure you that bad publicity spreads. Since clearly this is something that does not seem to concern your store much.

Disappointed, Disgusted at your substandard overpriced items not suited for a normal (size 34 / 36) market.
