Poor delivery service

I am very disappointed. My order has still not been delivered although they have extended the delivery deadline. I placed an order on the 26/06 and expected delivery after extension was suppose to be today the 13/07. Please could you let me know what's happening and also I would like a gift card or something for my troubles
