Poor customer service - Stay away

My mom bought me a dress from Zara Mall of Africa. It didn't fit so well so I decided to exchange it, but sadly didn't have the slip anymore. They refused to exchange it without the slip so now I'm stuck with a dress I'll never wear. I will never set my foot in another Zara and I will definitely tell everyone I know to stay away
