POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - PARCEL NOT RECEIVED ON-TIME

Very poor customer service - a parcel that I bought as a gift was due for delivery on 17/02/2020 (You pay for the delivery yet my parcel was not delivered on-time) I went online to enquiry about my delivery and I was told that I had to wait another 3-5 days to receive the parcel? why pay R79.00 for delivery service if they don't deliver on time? Furthermore, no notification was received informing me of the delay? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
