Poor customer service at Zara Menlyn mallcu

(Yesterday) 23/11/2021 I've never been so humiliated in my life. ZARA Menlyn staff has no respect no its customers, poor attendance to customer complaints and no order. I walked in the store, sanitized at the door by the security and i had a drink in my hand. The security did not say anything she let me in. 1 of their consultants named Kagiso comes to me and tells me drinks are not allowed in the store with a stinking attitude, i asked her what /where must i put the drink since they dont allow them. Instead of her telling me to hand it over to the security at the door she tells me its not her problem and she doesnt know what i must do with the drink. So i continue shopping with my drink since we dont have a solution for it. After a few minutes the security comes to me also with an attitude and aggression as if i stole something. She told me the same thing that drinks are not allowed so i handed it to her. I asked for the manager after the security left cause i was so embarrassed and humiliated, i wanted to complain about the treatment. The manager named Bra Lucky took his own good time to attend to me and when he finally attended me the consultant had disappeared literally no where to be found as i wanted her to apologize for the attitude she gave me. I dont understand how the consulant could just disappear without the managers knowing her whereabouts during working hours. I honestly believe that they knew where she was and **** just to get rid of me. Im so disappointed in the stores customer care for its reputation and dont think i would ever go shop at that store again.
