Poor Customer Service at Zara

I brought a jacket at Zara Mall of Africa previously, today I went back to buy myself the brown one as well. First the lady on the floor assisted by checking at the back as it was on sale at Black Friday, after a while she came back with a pink one, as that was the only stock they had. The same lady advised me that she will scan the bar code to determine which other stores has stock. As a result she let me complete a paper with my name, surname and telephone number on. She also informed that Sandton City has stock in the brown medium size. She also said that she will let Sandton City know that they reserve the jacket for me. On my arrival at Sandton City, the Jacket was not reserved, then I went to someone on the floor and asked them for assistance, she referred to me to another assistant, which eventually check the back, when she came back Santon City only had Small and Extra Large. So this mean I was referred from Mall of Africa to Sandton city as they were suppose to reserve the jacket whereby they actually never had stock, so it was just a waist of time and money for me.
