poor customer service

Guys i bought jeans online that were shipped from BERDFORDVIEW and I collected from mall of africa. Now i want a refund as the jeans dont fit but when i checked online it says i must go to my nearest post office. Same thing i was told by the zara app chat agent. i TRIED CALLING ZARA IN SANDTON AND MALL OF AFRICA BUT phones always go unaswered. can i return the jeans at the store for a refund. Please call me this is frustrating
