Poor customer service

We got a skirt and lost the slip We were returning an item that was still on their shelves We were taking another item And paying in Zara would not do the return Insisted on the slip They would not budge The item had the tickets on and you could see I was genuine They need to wake up I spend a fortune there Don’t think I will be back
