Poor communication zara

I’ve placed an order on the 26 August 2025 and received an email regarding my order number *** on the 1 September . When I trace my order it was supposed to delivered on the 03 September and 04 September , they don’t even have proper tracking communication. Today I’m receiving an email from Zara my order will be now delivered on the 05 September or 08 September. This is really not fair , I have a graduation in few days
