POOR AND NONCHALANT SERVICE FROM ZARA 🚮

I ordered shoes online at Zara last week Tuesday morning on the 29th and my shoes haven’t been delivered. It’s only TODAY where I get an update to say my shoes will be delivered between Friday and Monday. I’ve BEEN calling Zara from this morning and NO ONE answers, ever since I’ve been trying to check an update on my shoes. I have an event on Sunday and I bought these shoes for that event. How will it work if my shoes are delivered on Monday? Make it make sense please?

This is just poor service for me. The worst is when I keep calling and NO ONE answers me.
