Poor After Service When Solving Defective products

Poor After service, i bought a shoe which i happen to see online, i went to mall of africa zara to buy it with other shoes but to my surprise i have only worn it 7 time and now the glue on the solo is coming off. i went later went to the shop i was told since i bought it 11 months back and the shoe is still in a good condition.
