Please priorities our orders

One thing I know about Zara they dont priorities anything you buy on sale, I bought this ORDER NO. *** on the 5th of December and it's not yet ready to be collected because it's on sale and I bought this one ORDER NO. *** that was not on sale on the 6th December and it's ready to be collected, both I was given the same date to collect but the other one is ready and the other is not ready, I think buying online its not the coolest thing to do with Zara, this is the 2nd time laying a complain about something I bought online and it was on sale,I want to collect both of them at the same time.
