Pick pocketing in store

My bag was opened and my wallet was ****** yesterday at the sale when approaching the staff at the till matome was kind enough and referred to the store manager to possibly get security footage of the ***** she blatantly refused to help and said there was nothing they could do as I could not tell the exact time I entered the store I specifically told her from the parking I came to their store in spite of that I was turned away with no help. After the trauma and running around trying to stop my cards I found my wallet in the store with all my cash gone. This is a stern warning for people to be extra careful and keep their wallets at bay in store
