PICK POCKETING AT ZARA GATEWAY

Be careful at ZARA GATEWAY! I was pick pocketed while shopping at the store on Saturday. I noticed a minute later that the lady shopping next to me had opened the zip of my handbag and ****** my cellphone. I IMMEDIATELY alerted security who did not seem surprised and just told me to find the store manager and tell her. The store manager did not seem surprised either and actually didn't care. I told her exactly where the incident had occurred and exactly how long ago it happened. She went to the back of the store for less than 2 minutes to "check" the cameras and returned giving me an excuse that their cameras rotate and that no cameras were pointing in that direction when I was being pick pocketed. Whilst I was still in the store, a gentleman came to the manager to report that his phone had just been ****** out of his pocket! Less than 5 minutes later another gentleman came to report that his sister's phone had just been ******! Zara Gateway staff, security and manager were unhelpful to say the least. They had a pathetic don't-care attitude, which makes you wonder if they are in on the pick pocketing going on in their store. BEWARE!
